What we collect

Nothing. DipOut does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers of any kind.

How your data is processed

• Receipt images you scan or pick from your photo library are processed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Images are never uploaded anywhere and are not retained by the app after processing.
• Tip history (calculated totals from past receipts) is stored only on your device. It is not synced to our servers, shared with third parties, or backed up by us.

In-app purchases

DipOut offers a one-time "DipOut Pro" purchase for unlimited scanning. Payments are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction.

Permissions we request

• Camera — used only to scan a receipt you point the camera at. The image is processed on-device and immediately discarded.
• Photo library — used only when you explicitly choose a receipt image through Apple's system picker. The app never reads other photos.

Children

DipOut is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. Since the app collects no data at all, this is automatic.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it.
